CNC
Laser and Punching
We have fully tooled CNC-controlled TRUMPF presses
that are directly programmed by the design office Radan
CAD /CAM system, ensuring accurate and highly efficient
manufacturing throughout all stages of the process.

Laser TLF 3200 universal CO2 Laser. The TRUMPF TLF
series lasers offer state-of-the-art technology to meet
the highest standards in quality and reliability

CNC Folding and Forming
Fully tooled press brakes. CNC-controlled for accuracy and
flexibility.

Welding
and Assembly
Automatic feed and location of studs and bushes. MIG, TIG
and spot welding give total assembly flexibility.

Finishing
Electro-static powder line with full on line degreasing and
phosphate which ensures powder coating has the correct adhesion
and paint coating equipment ensures the right finish for your
product. Screen printing facilities allow us to apply your
logo, panel details and operating instructions making
the complete enclosure, ready to accept your components. |

Our electronics assembly section
of Allbart Ltd undertakes a wide range of work in the fire
